2. Digital Services & Early Access Unlocks

CodeWings provides instant digital access to TestFlight beta links upon payment. Because this service is consumed immediately upon delivery (unlocking the link), payments made for unlocking early access are generally non-refundable once the link has been accessed or clicked.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors or system failures that prevent you from successfully unlocking or viewing the beta page.
  • Accidental duplicate transactions or billing errors.
  • If the TestFlight beta link is completely broken/invalid and our support team cannot provide a working link within 48 hours of your request.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy:

  1. Submit a refund request to our support email at adityagond209@gmail.com.
  2. Include your name, email used for payment, transaction date, and the specific app name.
  3. All valid refund requests will be reviewed and approved by our support team within 1-2 working days.
  4. Once approved, refunds are automatically initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5-7 working days, subject to standard banking procedures.
